What happens if I lose my ticket?

If you or your guests have misplaced/not received your tickets please do not worry. Please advise your guest to arrive at The Royal Albert Hall via Door 6 which is the entrance for all guests. Please then come to the ticket desk where we will reissue.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Black Tie

Can I park at the Royal Albert Hall?

There are limited parking facilities at the hall, but the venue do have arrangements with nearby car parks. Please click here to view options here.

I would like to purchase additional drinks for my table. Can I do this on the night?

Your table package already comes with an allocation of drinks; however you can order additional drinks either prior to the awards night or on the night itself.

Please click here to visit the table page to view what your package includes. If you wish to order additional drinks in advance of the night, you can do so in late May 2017 once the order form has been emailed to you. In addition you will have a wine waiter allocated to your table/box and you can order drinks from them on the night. Please note payment will be taken at this time. Payment can NOT be given after the event but at the time of ordering.

I have a colleague who is disabled and requires mobility access to the venue, what do I need to do?

Is there an official after party?

Yes. This is free to attend and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Located only 5 minutes away from The Royal Albert Hall, Post have exclusive use of Mahiki with a late licence until 3am.

Please note everyone requires photographic ID (driving licence or passport) to enter the after party.
