How do I get to the Battersea Evolution Centre?

What happens if I lose my ticket?

If you or your guests have misplaced/not received your tickets please do not worry. Please advise your guest to come to the ticket desk where we will reissue. The Ticket desk will be placed at the Entrance to Battersea Evolution 

What is the dress code?

Black Tie
 

Can I park at Battersea Evolution?

Yes, there is parking around the venue. There is free parking after 5pm in Chelsea Car Park. Otherwise, there is pay and display parking within a minute walk of the venue

I would like to purchase additional drinks for my table. Can I do this on the night?

Your table package already comes with an allocation of drinks; however you can order additional drinks either prior to the awards night or on the night itself. Please click here to find out what is included in your table/box package. Information regarding additional drinks orders will be sent out in the coming months 

Can I book accommodation at preferential rates?

Yes. Please visit our dedicated accommodation page to access our HotelMap which will allow access to discounted rates. 

I require disabled access to the venue, what do I need to do?

Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements.
 

Is there an official after party?

Yes. The after party will take place at Battersea Evolution. This is free to attend and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
